Cost

We believe Intuitive Light is the biggest bang-for-buck upgrade for a home. Smart light products are the most expensive part of an upgrade: smart bulbs, controls and sensors. HomeGlo recommends higher-end off the shelf products available at Amazon, Best Buy, and sometimes Costco, as their functionality is needed to have a stable system across a home.

HomeGlo charges an hourly consulting fee of $100 / hour. We make nothing on products, aligning our goal with yours: enjoy Intuitive Light so much you’ll want it in every room, and tell your friends.

HomeGlo For Air B&B

Wanted: AirBNB-owners in NC’s Triangle

We want to subsidize your intuitive light upgrade

Our Offer

  • HomeGlo pays 50% of hardware costs to upgrade your AirBNB to intuitive light
  • You pay the other 50% of hardware costs (we will tell you the cost before we proceed, and provide receipts after)
  • HomeGlo designs and installs an intuitive light system at your space
  • If you don’t love it during first 6 months, HomeGlo: removes the system, returns your lights to original state, and returns your 50% hardware cost (i.e. you pay nothing)

You

  • Are willing to share a year backward and forward of your
