Cost
We believe Intuitive Light is the biggest bang-for-buck upgrade for a home. Smart light products are the most expensive part of an upgrade: smart bulbs, controls and sensors. HomeGlo recommends higher-end off the shelf products available at Amazon, Best Buy, and sometimes Costco, as their functionality is needed to have a stable system across a home.
HomeGlo charges an hourly consulting fee of $100 / hour. We make nothing on products, aligning our goal with yours: enjoy Intuitive Light so much you’ll want it in every room, and tell your friends.

Wanted: AirBNB-owners in NC’s Triangle
We want to subsidize your intuitive light upgrade
Our Offer
- HomeGlo pays 50% of hardware costs to upgrade your AirBNB to intuitive light
- You pay the other 50% of hardware costs (we will tell you the cost before we proceed, and provide receipts after)
- HomeGlo designs and installs an intuitive light system at your space
- If you don’t love it during first 6 months, HomeGlo: removes the system, returns your lights to original state, and returns your 50% hardware cost (i.e. you pay nothing)

- Is in Triangle, NC
- Averages $4k+ / month
- Up to 2 bedrooms
- Has a year of revenue and review history
You
- Are willing to share a year backward and forward of your
- AirBNB’s revenue and reviews
- Will look for opportunities to understand your guests’ experience with intuitive light and are happy to give us feedback to tailor light for short-term guests
